About
22 years of corporate procurement experience, now serving SMEs
Ziya Can Piri has dedicated more than 22 years of his career to strategic procurement, supply chain transformation, and digitalisation projects on a global scale. At LC Waikiki, he managed an extensive indirect procurement portfolio spanning more than seven countries as International Indirect Procurement Manager. Throughout his career, he led the implementation of SAP MM systems and e-procurement platforms across multiple organisations, ensuring their successful integration. He has delivered training programmes on SAP MM and e-procurement processes for companies in Turkey and abroad, and has designed and implemented in-house training curricula covering category management, savings management system setup, and procurement process improvement. The procurement maturity model he developed has brought a fresh perspective to measuring procurement performance and managing procurement KPIs.
Previously, he led global indirect procurement operations at Anex Tour and managed procurement systems and KPI coordination at Standard Profil. He served as project lead on international SAP MM rollouts, completing system implementations across multiple countries.
Today, he makes the international experience and institutional knowledge he has built available to SMEs — knowledge that has until now been accessible only to large enterprises. His goal is to make procurement processes more strategic, more efficient, and more measurable for businesses of all sizes. The discipline, methodology, and standards applied at large-scale companies are brought to life through practical, sustainable solutions tailored to the needs of SMEs.
